Founded in 1963, Lake Ridge Academy enjoys the unique position of being the only independent school on Cleveland’s west side.  Our program is a rigorous one, designed for the academically able, as well as the highly motivated student of average ability.  Lake Ridge is committed to the entire learning process:  the development of both intellect and character.  Our students develop a genuine concern for their fellow human beings and learn to respect diversity while striving toward their own individuality.
