Much like the students who inhabit our classrooms, the Lake Ridge Academy Middle School is filled with energy, opportunity, and innovation. With a primary focus on enhancing student learning and success, our various methodologies all reflect a key principle: We do not learn by doing.  We learn by thinking about what we are doing.

Our curriculum is both hands-on and heads-on, capitalizing on the fundamental and profound role of students’ active participation in their learning and tailored to address the developmental, intellectual, social and emotional needs of early adolescents.
