2010-2011 Important School Calendar Dates

Dear Lake Ridge Academy Families,

Below is a list of major dates, vacation periods, and days off for the 2010-2011 school year. Our starting day will be approximately the same time as this school year. The earlier start has allowed us to create a more natural break in the school year by providing enough school days for first semester classes and Upper School exams to end before Winter Break. As we did last year, the school will have Columbus Day off. Spring Break has also been scheduled at the same time as other area independent schools.

Please note that Parent Conferences still need to be scheduled. We will post those dates as soon as possible.

A more complete calendar will be available later that will include major school events.

September 6 Labor Day – NO SCHOOL

October 11 Columbus Day - NO SCHOOL

November 24-28 Thanksgiving Break - NO SCHOOL

December 18 - January 2 Winter Break - NO SCHOOL
