Our engineering program combines every aspect of our STEAM curriculum (science, technology, engineering, art/design, and mathematics) with the goal of preparing our students to understand the process of engineering design.  Engineering curriculum begins with learning hand drafting and advances to include complex 3-D design.  Students are supported with a state of the art engineering lab and workshop, equipped with CNC equipment, laser engravers, and 3D printers; while more traditional machinery such as milling machines, lathes, band saws and grinders are incorporated with hand tools of all shapes and sizes. 

The Engineering Program continues with two key classes, Engineering Design and Fabrication and Artistic Design and Fabrication.  Operate as independent research courses, students will be responsible for finding projects, both artistic and engineering oriented.  They will be responsible for providing a schedule that meets deadlines, a cost estimate for reimbursement, and an item list of materials used.  Often times these projects will enhance or amend existing curriculum of the middle and lower schools, encouraging our upper students to share their knowledge with the entire student body, and improve the campus.
